·          Oversee compliance with HACCP and GMP standards, ensuring strict adherence to the company’s Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

·          Conduct routine quality inspections and audits, managing documentation and ensuring accuracy for internal reports and regulatory compliance.
